Benso’s new menu is finally here! Chef Corrado Parisi has designed new dishes that expand the offer at the table and, at the same time, present the freshest raw materials of this season.
Our proposal is enriched with some new courses in which meat is the protagonist. Fine and sometimes unusual cuts, developed by the expert hands of chef Parisi and his entire team. The knife-cut Malga beef , the lamb that becomes the rich filling of an artichoke, the fun game of the grilled pork – without grill, or even the confit duck breast glazed with its cooking juice.
To accompany these dishes, the main products of this season such as hazelnuts, green apples, escarole, red turnips and leeks. These products allow us to offer a sophisticated menu and to use ingredients that respect the cycle of nature.
All new dishes are available from January 17th in our “à la carte” menu. From Wednesday to Friday, for lunch, there is an always updated Business Lunch menu as well.
