With a childhood spent in the kitchen of the family restaurant, Corrado Parisi first specialized baking and pastry. The extreme curiosity then leads him to embark on a real path of knowledge of the raw material that allows him to create a cycle of experiences around the world, from Miami to Spain, from Paris to Lugano.
