From February 25th a journey will start and will be not only gastronomic but also identifying, to tell the real essence of several locations around Italy through its culinary tradition. An itinerary signed by Chef Corrado Parisi.
First stop: Bologna, the city that host us. The menu will be launched for the first time on Sunday 25th of February and will be an homage to the city, to its flavors, colors, and perfumes. The traditional recipes are enhanced by our Chef, in a storytelling engaging tastes which could be lost and others that always represent the spearhead of the territory. “The Great classic of tradition like tortellini or zuppa inglese combined with the distinctive personality of Benso, will be joined by other unusual and fancy courses such as Risotto with frogs, – as Chef Parisi explains-. In this unique menu is enclosed my tribute to Bologna, to the city that I love and its incredible gastronomic tradition.”
Every Sunday for lunch, from February 25th to March 24th– the chef will present a special menu dedicated to the local culinary tradition. The journey will continue in the next months with several proposals celebrating the culinary art of other Italian cities.
